Hotel Gates Novum Berlin is a beautifully restored old building from the turn of the century, parts of which are heritage protected. Guests can surf the Internet round the clock with our WLAN connection – and it’s completely free.

 

 

Despite the innovative equipment in Hotel Gates, no cold high-tech atmosphere awaits our guests: the listed facade and manorial staircase from the neo-Renaissance Wilhelminian period have been intricately restored. The breakfast room, dating from 1957 and also heritage protected, is testimony to the eventful, sometimes glamorous history of the house, with stars such as Marlon Brando, Claudia Cardinale and Harry Belafonte having walked on its red carpet.
